"WOW! Ok, granted I just joined up today, I'm already very impressed with the service, and speed of HostNine. I was hosting with a company that was nice in the beginning, but as of lately their server ran out of disk space, not to mention never responding to help desk tickets, and never updating my payments (and they where also using ModernBill).

HostNine has made this transition very easy, and their staff are not only friendly they are very quick to respond, I think the longest so far is about 5 minutes if that. I'm already referring friends and business partners to HostNine as they too are tired of that host. Thank you HostNine, A++++++ in my book."

"I have not been using a host long, but have had a web page up for several years. I ran a BBS for about 5 years before the internet. I can not believe the service with hostnine. I have tried their live chat at all hours of the day or night, have sent e-mails and have called them and the response was almost instantaneous. I know of nowhere else that gives this kind of service in any industry. After 2 servers that didn't care at all to find hostnine, was a real stroke of luck. Thanks folks for the great service."
